FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION WILL OPEN THIS SUMMER- CHECK BACK FOR DATE & MORE INFO

ATTENTION ALL ATHLETES who plan to participate in a sport at Arvada West in the 2025-2026-
After a soft roll out this school year with the new CHSAA Pre-Participation Evaluation Form, we want to remind everyone that this will now be the ONLY form accepted beginning this upcoming fall season! If your student plans to register for a sport beginning in the fall, they must have Page 4 submitted or on file in order to be cleared. 
If your student played a sport this school year and you submitted a different type of form, you will need to get your doctor to fill out the CHSAA form and re-upload the document, submit it when you register for a sport or email a copy over to Brenna Millikan (brenna.millikan@jeffco.k12.co.us)  or Gordon Volk (gordon.volk@jeffco.k12.co.us) in Athletics.
